No. Pause and Power Health is a telehealth wellness clinic based in the Los Angeles area and licensed to serve patients anywhere in California. You can be located in LA, San Diego, the Bay Area, the Central Valley, or any other part of the state. Visits happen by video and medication ships to your home.
Yes. Your initial 30 to 45 minute video consult with our NP is free. You only pay if you decide to start the program. There’s no obligation if it turns out a service isn’t right for you, and no pressure to commit on the call.
After your consult, our NP sends the prescription to a California-licensed compounding pharmacy. The pharmacy ships your monthly supply directly to your home with sterile syringes, alcohol pads, and clear instructions. A flat $25 monthly shipping fee covers delivery on most services.
Pause and Power Health is a cash-pay practice. We don’t bill insurance directly. On request, we can provide an itemized superbill that you may submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Most patients use HSA or FSA funds toward consultations and medications.
That’s exactly what the free consult is for. Our NP reviews your full picture and helps you decide. If a service isn’t right for you, she’ll tell you. If something else might fit better, she’ll explain. There’s no pressure to pick before the visit.
